I am not your average divorce lawyer. My goal is to resolve your case in the most cost-efficient and low-stress manner possible while advocating hard for what is right. If an asset is not worth the fees it will cost to argue over, I will tell you! If the law does not support your wants and wishes, I will tell you! I do not believe in fighting for the sake of argument and charging you attorney's fees for a losing battle.
That said, I will fight for what is in your and your children's best interest. I will encourage and advise you to go after what you are legally entitled to. I have a passion for justice and will do what it takes to advocate for you.
